The CVitae Software License allows users to access all CVitae functionalities through a single purchase, designed for professionals, entrepreneurs, and businesses seeking to streamline networking. This license is straightforward, with no recurring fees, while reserving the right for the licensor to terminate the license at any time. This termination right ensures flexibility in software distribution and usage.

4. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, CVitae licenses cannot be refunded or exchanged once access is granted.

5. Disclaimer

CVitae does not guarantee that it will meet all user requirements or operate uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated here are excluded, as far as permitted by law, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or business. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

CVitae offers no warranty, guarantee, or terms regarding quality or fitness for purpose. CVitae shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, costs, or claims (whether caused by negligence or otherwise) that arise in connection with any goods or services provided. CVitae’s liability, if any, is limited to the amount actually paid by you for your services. You release CVitae from any obligations beyond this limitation.

7. Responsibilities

CVitae is not responsible for any actions taken by users with user-generated content.

8. Price Adjustments

As CVitae continues to evolve and expand its offerings, pricing may be subject to change. Existing customers can benefit from the current rate to avoid future price increases.

9. General Terms and Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. No joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship exists between you and CVitae as a result of using this service. You agree not to represent yourself as an agent or employee of CVitae, and CVitae is not liable for any actions taken by you.
